Never ever upgrade your phone

Support for this app is frustratingly nonexistent. When you upgrade your phone then you lose all progress. If you are a month or two in to the story the support team tells you to continue using your old phone. The crappy thing is that the developers have solved this for their other apps like Zombies Run. For some reason they just dont care about supporting this app.

Exceptionally lazy support for what is really a very nice app.
