Great nonthreatening app for any fitness level. Adds some intrigue to solo walking. If you are an inactive person looking for an easy start on getting active this is fantastic. The story is engaging with touches of mystery, wry humour and even some touching character development. Game play is simple and easy to understand. The difficulty level is adaptive and will adjust to challenge you as you go through the levels. I recommend this app to anyone wanting to add some interest or motivation to walking, be it for exercise, or commuting or whatever. It will also work while jogging or on a treadmill. For those looking for a beginning fitness app its an easier start than jumping straight into the more daunting Zombies Run, and a good way to get active and start to build up to jogging or running even if you are completely sedentary. Excellent app.
